They have a thing for gospel music over here. That's one thing I have to say that I like about France. They are quick to embrace "black" music (if there is such a thing). Hip hop (I heard more Bad Boy than I'd have liked while in the club), R&B (Sade is the music they use to advertise phone sex lines), Jazz (can you say Miles Davis), and now Gospel!
